At booth 128 , Silintech will showcase their latest update in Integrated Circuit Analysis and Patent Analysis solutions in the conference. Owning advanced de-processing technology, Silintech is able to delayer the whole chip with 28 to 14 nano-meter process, and explore the partial chip with 10 to 7 nano-meter process. Chemical etching and Ion etching are used to remove chip layers from top metal to bottom poly. Different and leading staining technologies are applied to chips with various processes, and even some special processes.
Silintech's BunnyGS® is a custom EDA software especially developed for IC competitive analysis and Intellectual property analysis. It incorporates core technologies, such as image processing, AI algorithms and cloud computing.
